Greek Yogurt Parfait is a delightful combination of textures and flavors, offering a nutritious and delicious way to kickstart your morning or enjoy as a mid-day snack. The creamy yogurt pairs perfectly with the crunch of granola and the sweetness of fresh berries.
Ingredients
1 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup granola
1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp chia seeds (optional)
Preparation
In a glass or bowl, layer 1/3 of the Greek yogurt.
Add a layer of granola and mixed berries.
Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.
Drizzle honey on top.
Sprinkle with chia seeds if desired.
